Progressive Christianity Spring 2024

An Exciting Small Group Discussion....

Thirteen theologians, (many familiar names such as Rachel Held Evans, Michael Morewood, Matthew Fox, Michael Dowd) share their insights about spirituality in the face of discoveries from the Hubble and Webb telescopes. The Hubble’s first picture was May 20, 1990, and the Webb’s July 12, 2022!

How then, do we think about the mystery of a creator God present in the 100-200 billion galaxies discovered in just the last 35 years?

Come join us for this exciting 7-week DVD experience, on Mondays from April 15 to June 3, 2024.

Painting the Stars: Science, Religion and an Evolving Faith

Fr. Dan's Course

Our long-awaited 'second season' of the Act of the Apostles 'Netflix Series' (aka study group) is just around the corner!

Beginning in Eastertide, we will gather again in the 'writers' room' to look at several of the key episodes in the Acts of the Apostles, set the scene, cast the characters, and tell the story fresh for a new time. I hope you will be able to join us as we journey with the Apostle Paul during this season.

The series will run for six weeks April 4 to May 9, 2024 on Thursday mornings & evenings.

It was a wonderful retreat day!

Trinity Church Aurora has been a significant feature of this community for over 175 years, and we have been blessed to be a part of the spiritual foundation of our town. Are you interested in church history and archives? If so, we have some fantastic resources on the history of this parish.
