Stations of the Stable

8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.

9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.

10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.

11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,

14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

Luke 2:8-14

Welcome

to the Stations of the Stable!

Trinity is re-imagining our traditional pageant held live and in-person on Christmas Eve, by recreating the Christmas story in a COVID-compatible, multimedia, interactive journey.

Come along with your family and friends as we make our way to the Manger where Jesus was born!  Walk the path travelled by Mary, Joseph, the Angels, the Shepherds, and the Magi.

As the name suggests, “Stations of the Stable” is a tour where you will explore six different “stations” that follow the events surrounding the birth of Jesus.   You will experience the mystery and majesty of the events as described in the King James Version of the Bible.

Thank you for making us part of your Christmas celebration.  It is a privilege to share the joy, love, peace and hope of God coming among us, Jesus Immanuel.

May you have a happy, safe and blessed Christmas!

For those of you wanting to be part of a traditional Christmas Service, we have recorded different options for you to enjoy on-line.

2020 has been a year of many challenges and for many.  Celebrating the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ during this magical season renews our hope in the future and even when physically apart, brings us closer to family and friends.  Now more than ever is a time to be thankful for the blessings we receive from our love for family and friends.    We offer you a Christmas prayer of hope.

Christmas Prayer

O God our Father, whose Word has come among us in the Holy Child of Bethlehem, may the light of faith illumine our hearts and shine in our words and deeds; through him who is Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever, Amen!
