Officiant: Canon Rev. Daniel Graves; music led by Jacob Wiens and Mary Ridgley, featuring the mass choir of Holland Deanery, followed by a historical lecture by Dr. Bill Acres
Join us for a traditional soul-stirring Choral Evensong from the Book of Common Prayer, sung by a choir made up of choristers from across our Deanery. The service will feature traditional and familiar hymns, canticles, and beautiful period anthems.
The service will be followed by a historical lecture by Dr. Bill Acres of Huron University College, London, ON

Dr. William Acres (PhD, Cambridge) is a historian of early modern England and Professor of History and Comparative Religion at Huron University College. His work explores the intersections of religion, politics, and law, with a commitment to scholarly editing, community engagement, and Indigenous education. Through his publications, teaching, and leadership, he brings historical insight to contemporary questions of justice and belief.
